What happened was that a group of regulars established their own websites
and boards and came here and created havoc here, hoping everyone would
abandon this newsgroup and go to whatever venues they'd established. So,
rather than hassle the rudeness of the competitors, people just stopped
posting here. Whether they went to the competitive forums or not, I don't
know, because I never went to them - mainly because of the tactics of
their
founders. KM
