For as intellectually enlightened as Jack Lord was supposed to have
been, he was apparently as ignorant. I found this rather disturbing
notation in his biography:
"A dedicated liberal activist, he was a vocal advocate of gun control
in the United States."
They usually are, but standing in protest against the very power that
ensures your own liberties as a citizen of a constitutional republic
shows you how suicidal liberal thinking is.
I bet Lord never went anywhere without an armed guard closeby (like
Rosie O'Donnell), and if police need guns for personal protection out
on the street, then how does the attack on a law respecting citizenry
with the unalienable right to keep and bear arms make any sense?
Well, it doesn't ... unless you want government and criminals to have
all the guns.
