The story line evolves, so some stuff gets wrapped up, but even more stuff

gets brought up. The thing with season 2 is midway through they start 
going down some really needless tangents, but there's still a solid 
throughline. There are some items from the pilot and first couple eps that

don't get revealed till toward the end of the second season.
