Hmmm, not so sure I would rank them anywhere near Mirage... I
mean, I think Mirage in part grabbed my attention because it breaks
the scheme of the conventional flow in the show.
The ones you mention fall too much in the "conventional" category
for the series --- they are *good* episodes (well, except the Pilot,
IMO, which I found barely above "acceptable")
OTOH, I'm just going through my first pass at the show --- I'm sure
Space (the Canadian Sci-fi channel, which is where I'm watching it
now) will loop back to the start of the series, so I'll surely re-watch
the series in sequence; I'll be able to form a more solid opinion
then... Right now, the *details* are all a big blur in my mind; I
only
remember the storyarcs as a whole (well, I do remember some of
the details of some of the episodes, but in general, the whole thing
lives as a big blur in my mind... for now)
What was clear in my mind is that so far, no other episode had caused
such an intense feeling of amazement as Mirage did --- there had
been moments that were somewhat crucial to the overall story that
I remember being a little bit amazed by...
Oh well, it's nice to discuss, and nice to know that I'm not that off
with respect to my impression about Mirage.
