It is called "Martini Bar". The neon sign showing the name of the bar

be seen in a few episodes by the ultra-observant, obsessive, <a word of
your
own choosing>.
IIRC, episode 4#11 - Mr. Bo - was the first episode in which the sign was
clearly shown, although I could be mistaken. It does happen, and the
"Ally"
section of my brain isn't being used as much as it used to be.
