In TV, Richard said "New strategy, John.Happy Boyle is sitting the
arraignment. Tell Billy to meet Ally B.M.C. "
I don't know what 'B.M.C.' mean.
I can't find out even in English Dictionary.
Is there anybody who knows that meaning?
