Who knows with anyone, especially a former President, Sanna? However, I
seriously doubt Bill was drunk or not in total control. Bill Clinton
has never said, or done, anything, in his adult life that he did not
calculate exactly as many possible angles possible, before he did a
single thing. This convention and campaign being the same, I'm sure.
