Those direct to dvd B5 ['lost tales'] are seemingly ready to hit the
shelves. I could definately use some decent tvsf until S3 of Galactica
comes out. If B5 can do a direct to DVD approach, why can't star trek?
it seems if they catered to the trekker fan base and quit trying to
please the run of the mill person who has a preconception bias against
'trekkies' as geeks, nerds and weirdos who 'speak klingon', then they
could more than make enough money to recoup their expenses with a
healthy profit margin.
