Not that I recall.  Could be Gunn, I suppose.

Noticed that most of San Fernando Valley doesn't seem to be included 
in the territories of those Lords (unless the lords of Sherman Oaks 
and Burbank split it up between them).

Whether that means that San Fernando Valley is controlled by another 
group of demon lords, or simply wasn't included in what W&H sent to 
Hell is another question.
