I just finished re-watching the first couple episodes on AtS S3D5, and
what 
does Angel do?  He goes from vamp to human face when beat on by Sahjhan. 
<sigh>  Well, so much for Spike's example being the only one.  Spike's is 
contextually more dramatic I think, and still rare.  Too bad it's not 
unique.
