We learned from Spike that Buffy was dead for nearly 5 months (147 days)
and about the same amount of time p***** in both the Buffy and Angel
worlds from the end of one season to the start of the next. Even by
****p, it only takes a couple of weeks to cross the Pacific. Michael
Palin proved a little while back that it is still possible to go around
the world in 80 days, without leaving the ground.

I've been on flights that got delayed for hours, after they locked us
all on the plane, and it isn't just your window shutter you have to
worry about. I've had rising *and* setting suns ****ning on me through
windows on the other side of the plane.

But travelling by coffin is such a cliche. About the only way he could
get away with it would be as a corpse being ****pped 'home' for burial.
(And one customs inspector opening the lid at the wrong time and place,
and you're toast.)
