I'm sorry, but choosing now to have Giles blame Buffy for Jenny's death 
isn't my idea of a more logical argument.  The shooting script version 
strikes me as worse and more stacked than the final result.  The editing
of 
it an attempt to weed out the worst elements in flow and/or content. 
Actually, that explains a lot why the result is so choppy.  I'm afraid
that 
my esteem for Drew Greenberg, not all that high to begin with, just went 
down a notch.

Again, I don't object to the intent and ultimate effect of this story.  I 
think it's great.  Well set up and leading to a remarkable season 
conclusion.  I just think this climactic scene is horribly written.
