i really disliked how it ends connors story
and i am glad he was returned

if you think people are just biological machines
and their personalities are determined by memories alone
then rewriting connors memory would suffice

but if you think there is something more to being human
(this whole soul concept)
then connor is murderer and he denied the chance to repent

given that connor is a badly abused child
i dont have a problem with him being completely forgiven and starting over
but he has to want forgiveness first

so when his memories are returned
then he has the op****tunity to deal with his choices

i wouldnt buy a sweet romance with wesley and lilah
but i do like that wesley did love her in his fa****on
