Now it is
http://home.scarlet.be/~pvandew1/inhoud.htm
(that's because Planet Internet was bought by somebody else, who was
bought by somebody else, so the 'planetinternet' in the address
changed to 'scarlet'. Damn nuisance those changing IP-addresses)
