Hilary Dwyer was not trimmed. She is the one in captivity wearing the
scold's bridle.

This is something I'm hoping to become more educated about. Watching
vintage horror and mystery films, I recognize and enjoy lesser known
players like Frank Reicher, Anne Nagel, Frances Drake, Warren Hull and
many others. Looking over the cast lists for THE AVENGERS, I see
obviously well-known names like Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing and
Michael Gough but I hope to eventually become familiar with the actors
from British TV less exposed over here. The lady who played Dr Sheldon
in "The Man-Eater of Surrey Green" (for example) was a complete delight.
When I start working my way through DOCTOR WHO (before Tom Baker),
hopefully I'll get to know many more actors I haven't seen before.
>Very interesting review, btw. :-)
Thank you. I'm not likely to come up with any insights that AVENGERS
fans haven't already discussed in depth over the years, but I'm having
immense fun watching the episodes. Maybe some of my readers who haven't
seen the show will decide to give it a try.
