Sorry I've not been around. I had a stroke on 14 November and have been in
hospital since 16 November. I got let out today with enough warfarin to
blitz Magnus Greel's finest...
The prognosis is a possibility of full recovery over 6 months. Main
effect
is balance (slightly, though I was listing like a drunk before) and
sensations of hot and cold being defunct, plus some weakness - I was
pleased
to hear my type stroke is a 1 in 100,000 occurence amongst such
afflictions!
2 weeks off work to go...
