As Brian meant to say: America is one of the _very_ few, if not the
only, BB in which the public does *not* vote for evictions. Even if
{2 other?} BB's follow America's lead, that means there are over 60
BB's across the globe in which eviction is based on a public vote.
Now whether or not this is a "really stupid thing" obviously is a
matter of personal taste. I have watched a total of eleven seasons of
BB, four of which had the public vote. Those four pleased me more
than *any* of the other seven. I don't care about the public vote as
such, but apparently it does produce a show I enjoy more than does the
"really stupid thing" of Head of Household and such.
Apparently most of the world shares my taste, including the people in
Australia.
