I just gave a try. It's free and its streaming; there may be a
hacker's way to download. But I stayed with it only for a short
while. I lost control over the whole of my browser, you see. That's
a bad thing in my book. I don't like it when something takes control
of how my system operates. I finally had to close the browser through
the Task Manager, since nothing else worked.
There is an alternative to the CBS site. The group
alt.binaries.tv.big-brother has yesterday's program as a binary
download in two versions. Today's is there in one version {and I
imagine the other will appear by tomorrow}. These files so far have
been xvid or dvix .avi's, playable on a computer or some stand-alone
DVD players. No commercials, too.
