There was no way she was faking and I saw no evidence that she fasted

Her hypoglycemia is a fake. No way, no how is someone going to pass
out like that. Assuming low blood sugar she would go through stages,
becoming more and more incomprehensible, flailing around for certainly
minutes before going unconscious. Assuming high bs, she would take
days and get more and more lethargic. It's fake, pure and simple. At
best she saw herself in the mirror and fainted.
