No, I think she really fainted. It's hard to fake that and her
reactions seemed real to me. I think though that she knew she was
hypoglycemic and she knew what would happen if she didn't eat
anything, and I think she is using her condition as an excuse to avoid
eating slop. Because it's total BS that putting brown sugar on slop
wouldn't work.
