The winner either takes herself off the block or the GUY winner either
leaves the nominations as they are...or takes someone off the block and
Ryan has to put up the another person.

Then...with the three...I remember that the HOH is a 3 part deal...and
the winner chooses who to vote off...thus deciding the F2.
