Didn't we go through this yesterday? :-) They all play for POV. Once they
are down to six people they always all play and the HOH also acts as host
unless they have a guest host.

The POV winner casts the only vote at F4.

Technically at F3 the HOH winner decides who they want to take to the
finals
with them but you could say they are also voting out the other person.
