The calls are hugely screened. {They don't ask for the location of
*all* your children -- just the first-born. <s>} From the looks of
things, they probably screened today even more heavily.

I believe Shapiro would have taken the GP questions, at least one of
them, but AG doesn't seem as comfortable and secure in herself as he.
{It's about as clear as it can be to me that he was the creative one
of their collaboration.} I doubt AG takes criticism very well.

Gretchen did not appear sick to me on yesterday's show. {BTW: I
watch only archived HC, since it runs a little earlier than I usually
get up.  By luck it was archived the same day it ran!}

Mind you the flu this year comes out of the blue and really does a
number. So she may have been actually ill. More likely, she refused
to do the show when told that leaving the GP alone was non-negotiable.
Equally possible, what you said, that when she said "Hell no, I won't
leave the GP's out," she was told her services were not required for
this show.

Not likely, but fun to think about, the two women have a long-standing
cat fight going, and it finally got out of hand. {Bad Bob! Bad Bob!
We're gonna take away your keyboard if you don't behave!}

Given AG, this means there will be two people older than thirty, which
doubles that group, and one person working as a file clerk {or any
other job no one has been in before}.

I agree about the cast of BB4. That was my second favorite cast. But
for sheer diversity in every usual sense, as well as interesting and
likable people, the first season is the "second place isn't even
close" favorite for me. But that was the only season when the intent
was to produce an actual Big Brother show.
