I kinda feel badly for her. She really was a weak player (lost all
the challenges - besides the one that was 'given' to her by Nat) and
was so, so emotional. She was so close to getting some really great
rewards that she wanted so badly (like the $10,000 and also the big
red carpet premiere). She was an easy target for teasing, too (esp.
by the 'boys') and that's tough on some people. Seems like this whole
game she was always really close to getting some great stuff, but then
ended up leaving completely empty-handed.
Despite the fact that Sheila was annoying (but, weren't they all, to a
degree?), she does seem to be a really great gal - fun and very
friendly. She did hold her own quite well up against kids that were
20 years younger than her, so you got to hand her that. She's still
a pretty good looking woman and WOW, she was really, really pretty 20
years ago.
Hope life goes okay for her and her son. Does anyone know if the BB
players get any kind of money for being in the game (like Survivor
does - and the longer you stay in the higher your cut is)? I'd really
like to see her be okay, since she did seem to be quite desperate to
get a chunk of change to improve her and her son's life.
I, for one, would be totally into reading her book. I hope that works
out for her.
