He's from Georgia.  I don't have a bias, I just don't want to be
classified
as NE because that seems to automatically imply that CT is not and does
not
want to associate with NYC and is in bed with very far away and out of our
area Boston.  Everytime I see the Newark, NJ mayor on TV, he can hardly
talk
about his town, he is always talking about NYC.  It seems as if he would
rather be NYC mayor.  The point to that is that they(he) expresses his
loyalty to the city as the dominate force.  If CT expresses itself as NE,
then it is saying or implying Boston as the dominate force for NE and for
CT.  Boston is not dominate in my state as far as I am concerned.  CT
cities
are more im****tant because they get closer to NYC.  That is why they want
that railroad up in MA...
