Yes and no. I did what I should have done to start with and googled 
Brandon.

but this is not what was in the show. Either he has added new ones or they

are covering his up with more elaborate ones for some reason. He plays a 
compter geek, so (to me) these tatoos don't fit the character (NCIS' Abby 
aside)
