at the end of consequences faith saves buffy from trick
and theyre willing to consider that she wants to reform

(also after the previous attempt to kidnap faith
they might have second third and fourth thoughts before trying again)

the main concern of the watchers was not that faith killed a human
but her motives and how faith is reacting to it

faith appears remorseful and trying to be more careful
