I'm just pessimistic. Joss Whedon's last show on FOX,
_Firefly_ filmed 14 episodes. FOX showed 11 and canceled
the series. Tim Minear's _Drive_ filmed 6 episodes; FOX
aired 3 before canceling it. Much the same thing happened
with his previous show, "The Inside". FOX doesn't have a
history of letting shows find their audience, and_Dollhouse_
is too quirky to be a broad-based hit right out of the box.
