Re: Spike could/would have killed Buffy

He wouldn't have been able to get in her house if he didn't have the chip. 
Before anyone mentions he was in her house in season 2, so was Angelus,
and 
they found a spell to keep him out, no reason to believe they wouldn't
have 
re-done it for Spike.
