Depends how optical stuff actually works with vampires.
Is the mirror thing due to silver ?

When does reflection start ?

I expect that, if you do the physics correctly, lenses are going to start
showing pretty funny stuff when you look at vampires. Chromatic aberration
and such might be slightly different as for normal people, which would
give
you a *very nerdy* way to find out vampires (the thermal imagery of the
initiative being one of the normal ways).
