Lots of people don't find it obvious.  That's why this has been an item of

debate since Kendra appeared.  Hell, I don't find it obvious and I've been

to Jamaica.  I think you're inaccurately projecting your perception onto 
everybody else.  It's not universally obvious.

answer to Kendra's origin.  Might that possibly suggest that her origin is

Since I didn't know its source until hearing about the voice coach, I
don't 
find her response all that unbelievable.  Perceptions differ.
