Bullets don't dismember.  They make holes.  (And I haven't seen anyone 
taking the "forged by man" argument literally in this discussion.)

The warhead of an anti-tank rocket is a shaped charge, which 
concentrates the full force of the explosion into a very small area.  
You can be standing five feet off to the side when one goes off, and not 
be seriously injured.  (Not a good idea to be behind or in front of one, 
though.)
