Re: Carnivale creator Daniel Knauf now working with the Marvel Comics Group

The only way that would happen is if HBO gave explicit permission for
Daniel Knauf to write another word about Carnivale....HBO/Time Warner
owns the rights to Carnivale, lock stock and barrel.  Selling the
rights would be a very, very unlikely occurrance.  But if HBO gave
their blessing (in 100 page contract form) to an alternative Carnivale
project, anything could happen.  So far there's been no official
announcement, and with DK undertaking this new project for the next 6
months we probably won't hear anything for a while.

Even though DK can't give out any details he's said recently in the
Chow Tent that there ARE future plans for Carnivale.  We simply don't
know what they are yet.  We're in the hurry-up-and-wait line.
