saw one episode of Deadwood, heard them say **** a lot, said, o that's all
it
is. Stupid gimmick
won't watch it again.
On Justin's ****rt. I watched the episode a 3rd time.
He didn't have a t ****rt on. He had one of those lapel over lapel ****rts
that
is kind of a fake. , like an insert sort of like the fake white collar
attached
to the cassock to make him a priest.
I forget what that vestment is called,
when he tears open his cassock on the ferris wheel it is all flapped open.
I cannot imagine that while he is rampaging that he would have the time to
tuck
it back in.
IN the last scenes when the carnies come to get Ben, the camera cuts back
and forth
between the two bodies.
One scene is of a body on its back, the other is a body on it's side and
ribs down.
They purposely make it ambiguous so I cannot tell which one is supposed to
be Justin
and which one is Ben, except for the body position.
But there is one scene where they flip Ben over before they mount him on
the
plank.
It is there that I seem to see the imprint of the tree
For Justin, there is light play that makes it hard for me to see whether I
am looking
at a grey corpse or a ****rt.. The tree isn't on there anymore, just blue
spatter
that reminds you of the shroud version of the tree.
There is a lot of camera work going back and forth.
I suspect the reason is to blur your ability to make a decision whose who
there.
What is and isn't evil
Now, I wonder, what will happen with Justin's faithful. HE may have known
he
was going to his death and went willingly.
BUT did he think through his power base? Or doesn't he have to because he
is
so powerful he can make men listen to him with that awesome control
technique.
Whatever, if they cancel it, they should at least put out a movie of it,
or
at least
Knauf should release his scripts or something so we can read the
conclusion.
I
have a feeling that he writes very well with lots of imagery and
symbolism.
Or so
the show suggests.
