Teletext is still around (even though the popularity has diminished since
the advent of Internet), and the headlines are always followed by the page
number where you can read the full story. There's also an extension to the
standard that adds higher quality graphics, but the decoders that sup****t
that, and TV stations that broadcast in this format are very rare.
