Yeah, don't you like when different themes come together (as I
remember from recent history as told by Cartoon Network) ...
- mind control: Naruto, Bleach, Trinity Blood (oh, how could we
forget X-Men here);
- mechs: Ghost in the shell, that-air-surf-boarding series, Gundam Seed,
Patlabor (not on CN), Blue Seed;
- one part of a world oppresses another: s-CRY-ed,
that-air-surf-boarding series;
- (childhood) revenge: Xenosaga (not on CN), Trigun, Toko (not on
CN);
.... or not.
Then again, it was only one episode so far. (And, above could be
said about many other stories I suppose.)
