I'm afraid I'm guilty of that. I'd change Sophie's diapers, and then use
wipes to clean her up, and I felt like my hands were clean, although they
should have been washed. And when it was only a wet diaper, it just
didn't seem as im****tant.
Mostly it was that Sophie was ready to go-go-go when her diaper change
was finished, and I just never seemed to get enough of a handle on things
to keep her closed in her room while I washed my hands, before taking her
downstairs.
And partly it was because I know urine is sterile. Gross, but sterile.
