yep, though the problems here run way beyond the financial aspects (ie
- what do you do if large parts of the city are, in large part,
vacant?)....
i made the mistake of turning on pbs to divert my attention from the
local stuff & they were doing a piece on the 3 trillion dollar cost
estimate of the war. 3 trillion dollars.
gotta go sign up for the mayor's legal defense fund. those $750/hr
legal bills are killers.
