TDS has lost all credibility. He blames the "media narrative" (who is
he ? Marshall McLuhan via Shecky Green ?), whatever the **** that
means when it's applied to everything, for the Clinton hit job on
Obama.
Bill Clinton should go back to running his philanthropic organization
before he makes everyone throw the hell up. Hillary is just as bad,
it's all about them. They don't give a **** about how they win.
She can have her poisoned chalice (LOL). They can both go to hell.
As for Stewart, I'm starting to think he's more interested in being
the "smartest" guy in media/journalism theory class than in being an
objective satirist. What would his ideal media be ? C-SPAN ?
I see some good shows on cable news, even on Fox. It's mostly
entertainment though, so this is an easy target. Pointless, it
satirizes itself most of the time.
I always thought Jon was simply a fairly neutral guy who hated Bush
for his love of loyalty over competence, and divisive polarizing
tactics over unity (correct on both counts of course), but now I see
he is really a blinded partisan himself.
Time to book the Catskills.
