CSI Miami - 4th Amendment Violation of the Week

Calleigh and pretty boy walk onto the suspect's property and start 
photographing his color-****fting car with no warrant and no consent. 
Then to make matters worse, pretty boy reaches into the car, moves aside 
a Thermos and removes a set of handcuff links.

I guess the Miami crime lab is exempt from the 4th Amendment. And since 
it was the illegally obtained evidence that caused the suspect to 
spontaneously confess, the confession is inadmissible as well.

Way to go crime techs.

Oh, and why is a county vehicle more secure than any other vehicle?

And just because they try a kid as an adult, doesn't mean they house him 
in an adult jail. I'm just sayin'....
