Well, I use the mute button a lot. Ever since the print and stand-up 
comedians narrowed in Caruso's damn sunglass shtick, I can't help but 
watch for that. (The MAD magazine satire of CSI-M, hosted by Andy 
Sipowicz from NYPD blue, in character, was priceless.)

And the eye candy of Calleigh and BoaVista doesn't hurt, either. Smart 
women are a turn-on, even if the sight of professionals engaged in work 
that is often filthy and nasty, while wearing resort wear and heels, 
isn't too realistic. Not to mention the cleavage- in real world, that 
would quickly earn them a counseling session about appropriate attire.

Of course, in real life, county labs usually have trailing-edge lab 
hardware, not Star Wars toys, and drive beat-up unmarked minivans, not 
tricked-out Hummers. They also don't interact with suspects.But who is 
keeping track?
