Retired. Are you going to try to tell me you could write and execute
code that could control a subway system and run it flawlessly the

I suspect this was before your time, but have you ever heard of
IEFBR14? From Wikipedia:
"IEFBR14 is an IBM mainframe utility program. It runs in all IBM
mainframe environments derived from OS/360, including z/OS. It is a
placeholder whose purpose is to do nothing. As it turned out, over the
years, it would have problems correctly doing nothing and would
sometimes fail in the task."

It was a program that did *nothing* and it took several attempts to
get it to work right.
