Yeah, I have been on various medications (for RA) for 11 years, and I
can't dry swallow any of them.  If there is an enteric coating it can
happen, but the stuff he was taking didn't appear to have that coating
(they looking like a regular 'pressed' powder pill that dissolves in
the stomach rather than in the intestines).
