Either that or cast-off comic book writers. Starting about two
seasons ago, the writing has been sliding badly . . . it's lost it's
subtlety, everything is made hit-you-over-the-head obvious, but with
no tie-in to past or future storylines (and sometimes even plots that
contradict previous storylines).
Thursday (12/6) was horrible, the Thanksgiving ep was worse.
The ultimate was last season's 2-part opener. In one sequence,
Catherine gets roofied, suspects she's been raped, gets in a bad car
accident, has her daughter kidnapped, watches her father get shot and
has him die in her arms. The impact on the season storyline . . .
nada . . . zilch . . . never mentioned again. Huh!!!???!!!
I used to **never** miss an ep and bought the boxed season DVDs. Now
I don't mind if I only catch one or two eps in a month. << . . .
sigh . . .>>
As usual, just my $0.02 worth,
