I'm assuming it was total fiction, but even within its own fictional
boundaries it didn't make sense.
It fires a hundred thousand rounds a minute with no moving parts? So
it's got a couple of hundred barrels. To fire a hundred thou rounds
per minute it still has to cycle new rounds into the chambers.
And bullets with no casings? What was the propellant?
And what would be its intended use? It was way overkill as an
anti-personnel weapon and too clunky for that purpose. How agile is a
gun that has to be maneuvered on a cart to aim it?
