Except London has their own perfectly fine detectives, with rules that
are different than American, even on television.

Anthony Zuicker/Jerry Bruckheimer creators of CSI aren't likely to
bring in a fourth series for one reason.  While CSI and CSI:Miami both
stay in the top 10 on a regular basis, and usually top 5.  NY, which
is my favorite of the three, doesn't generally break the top 10 at
all.  Until NY gets up into the top 10, and stays there, they won't
spend the money required to spin off a fourth episode.

Even the ubiquitous Law & Order franchise learned that you *can* have
too much of a good thing.

I Can't Explain would be a good song for CSI:Miami, since it seems
they can't explain what they are doing much of the time.
