I always thought so, but I believe that Criminal Minds may have only
two shows available. Several of the sitcoms were on reruns less than
a month after the strike started, as they had no scripts left. I
think Bones only has 2 eppys left (it's a Fox show).
That's why I'm a bit perplexed. Gary Sinise (CSI:NY) said, at a film
festival in Florida, that they had enough scripts for their show to go
through the end of the season. Miami appears to have episodes (though
imdb is not always reliable) up through 22.
