I apologize for giving a crappy serious answer, but there is actually a 
provision in the Constitution that would prevent this.  You can't 
criminalize conduct after it happens.

Whether ***** laws would prohibit marriage between two otherwise
unrelated 
adults, if their parents married after they turned 21 (or even 18), would 
cause a hilarious legal circus.   It could go either way depending on the 
wording of the state's statute and the mindset of the state supreme court.

(It's even a remote possibility that the US Supreme Court could find a 
violation of one of those fabricated rights, like privacy.)

There would be an easy practical solution -- go to Vermont or
Massachusetts 
to get married.  The home state would probably have to recognize the 
marriage under the "full faith and credit" doctrine.

Here's a trickier one.  George, aged 30, marries Carol, aged 16, in a
state 
where it's legal.  If they move to a state where the age of consent is 17
or 
18, could he be convicted of statutory rape?
