I second that!

I'm really liking that CSI: Hooterville idea. Instead of a big-city
lawyer coming to live in a small town, like in Green Acres, have it be
a CSI on a sabbatical, who gets dragged into helping solve a crime,
which all of the yokels do their best to screw up (either
intentionally or not).

That's how to take CSI to the next level--comedy!
