Only if the alleged perpetrator knew the victim(s)...  You know, I am
thinking that it would be hard to say it was premeditated, unless they
brought the victims to the park <snort>.  Sorry, I'm having way too
much fun with this...


Ahhh yes, but whose shoe was found inside the lair? Perhaps there's a
person 
(body, morsel, meal) not yet accounted for? And just how did the tiger get

out? Did he/she jump that 10 foot chasm and go over the 20 foot high wall?
